I love this picture, and I love this makeup. It doesn't always have to be loud to be a strong look. Sometimes strength can come from a whisper, standing still instead of fighting or running, just being you. For this look I used a matte cream color on the lid, a matte black in my crease, that a blended out with a medium cool toned brown, I (used the black on my lashline, upper and lower), I then blended tbe the medium brown with a light neutral brown, perfect for a natural look in my crease. I used a shimmery cream color for my brow highlight. I then put on a rosy blush and a lipstick from Loreal called perennial pink, I thought it would be a matte shade but it has a shine to it, I do like it, but I haven't bought more from the line. As always only drugstore makeup was used, for a complete product breakdown please contact me. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and have a great day.

Fun with mauve
I know that is a really lame title, but sometimes I have trouble coming up with something clever, and I really was having fun with mauve. My inspiration for this look was a picture I came across showing a teenager interpretation of Jem and the holigrams. I thought this would be kind if a fun way to do pink, and still keep it natural enough for a younger girl and good for fall. I used all shimmery shades of eyeshadow except my brow highlight is a a matte cream, to help with the natural theme. I used a light shimmery peachy pink for an inner corner highlight. A medium shimmery mauve as the lid color and a deep olive/ emerald color in the crease. I then blended out the crease color with a deeper shimmery mauve shade. For my liner, I'm still working with the Jordana fabuliner, and I feel like the shape of it here was pretty good. I smudged some of the green e eyeshadow across my lower lash line and the eyes are done. I used a shimmery pink cream blush on my cheeks, to bad the Maybelline dream mousse blushes were d/c, this was an hg product, but it will take a long time to use it up, and surely I will find a dupe for it. On my lips is my most loved lipstick of all time, Revlon color burst lipstick in candy pink, unfortunately this too is discontinued, and I have yet to find a dupe, arrrgh. For a complete product breakdown or if you have any questions please contact me. As always only drugstore makeup was used, thank you so much for visiting my blog and have a great day. ( bonus mani of the next few days, didn't realize it was such a lettuce green :/ )
Product of the week
This week's featured product is Milani lipstick. The scent from the old formula made me want to vomit, it was really bad, so I was over the moon when they changed it. The new formula has a light fruity scent that isn't offensive at all in my opinion. The color payoff for these is very good. The feel of these lipsticks is creamy, light, and very comfortable. These come in a variety of finishes and beautiful colors. I have one matte one, Hot pink rage, lol, and several cream finish ones, mostly in shades of pink. If you haven't tried these because of a bad experience with the old smelly ones, do not fear, these are great and you will be glad you gave them a shot. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and have a great day.

Smurfette loves pink
And so I !. I went kinda pink crazy with this look. I started out with a bright pink color tatoo for a base, then used matte shadows in bright pink on the lid, black in the crease, and a cream shade for under my brow. Then I used a matte blue shadow for liner. I added a glitter liner around this, and then used a bright pink shimmer on the lid. I added pink blush and some clear gloss to finish out the look. Red
Today I decided to use an unconventional princess for inspiration, Red riding hood. But my red is fully grown and taking control of the wild wolf. Even though the world sees him as big and bad, for her he's a protector. If you knew me in real life you would see the parallels, but that's not why you are here. On my lids I used a shimmery white color tattoo, to help the the color stick and stand out more. I used a dark shimmery taupe on my lid, a deep shimmery charcoal in the crease and a matte cream shade as my highlight. I then used a pearly shade as my inner corner highlight. I am still trying to get the hang of my Jordana fabuliner, not sure I have it, might need to go back to gel. I tben used a bright pink blush applied lightly and a matte red lipstick for drama and glamour. For a complete product breakdown or if you have any questions please contact me. Thank you for visiting my blog and have a great day.

Peaches and cream
I love this peaches and cream look.
I used eyeshadows from Jordana, Milani, Maybelline and Wet n Wild. I used a rosy blush and a peachy pink matte lipstick from Wet n Wild. If you haven't tried the matte lipsticks from Wet n Wild you will be blown away by the pigmentation. These are so inexpensive, and if you don't love mattes as much as I do, put a good lipbalm on underneath for a creamy look, or under and over for a glossy look.
